Case Study 3: Industrial Corporation

A local metal finishing company moves from a large, regional bank to Tradition Capital Bank.

A well-established, successful metal finishing company needed a responsive banking partner to help navigate two large financial initiatives. The first was to finance a buyout of existing shareholders. Secondly, the business was considering an expansion of fixed assets to serve a large existing client. Tradition Capital Bank structured the stock acquisition debt in addition to refinancing the company’s existing real estate and working capital debt. We were also able to finance personal assets of the remaining owner and provide the business with a full suite of treasury management products and services.
